Back to basics for the war ahead.

just finished my ab workout and a mile an a half run.

so to start this out i have a very big fight coming up on Dec 4Th.

ElDingo VS Jason Ikeda -AKA- Mr. Abs, 300 Alternative.

So from now till the fight i will be on here talking up the fight and talking about my training and how things are going and how I'm getting prepared.
